Edmonton Folk Music Festival
2023Conducted on-site accessibility audits and authored a 60+ page assessment report for the Edmonton Folk Music Festival to satisfy City funding requirements and operational field needs.
I was tasked to explore a visuals-first approach to Level Playing Field accessibiliy audit reports; the goal was to make the document as accessible & actionable as possible.

The report explores the following elements of the festival grounds; Vehicular Access, Exterior Approaches, Paths of Travel, Wayfinding & Signage, Stages, Accessible Viewing Areas, and Additional Spaces like the back of house, and production spaces.
Taking a visuals-first approach, the report allows users to not only visually read the information, but it also allows for visual communication for event coordinators to the ground crew.
